✨ The Role
We’re looking for a Paid Acquisition Specialist to support our paid marketing efforts and help drive Staycation’s growth. You’ll manage multi-channel ad campaigns, monitor performance, and collaborate closely with the Growth Lead, Brand team, and external creatives to ensure our acquisition efforts stay effective and on-brand. You’ll constantly test, analyze, and iterate to scale our performance while keeping our ads engaging and on-brand.
📍 Key Responsibilities
Execute and optimize paid marketing campaigns across different channels like Meta Ads, Google Ads, Tiktok Ads, Apple Search Ads (with a strong focus on Meta)
Monitor performance metrics (volumes, spends, CPA, ROAS, CTR…) and assist in identifying optimization opportunities
Support budget allocation and daily campaign management across platforms
Collaborate with the Creative Designer and Brand Team to produce and iterate on ad visuals, messaging, and UGC
Contribute to testing new creatives, audiences, and formats, and track learnings
Stay updated on platform trends and suggest small experiments
Work with the Growth Lead to align campaigns with Staycation’s broader growth strategy
Ensure all campaigns reflect Staycation’s tone of voice and brand identity.

🎯 You’re the Ideal Fit If You Have:
Must-Haves
At least 1 year of experience running paid acquisition campaigns (startup or agency setting)
Hands-on experience with Meta and TikTok Ads (SMA is a must)
Experience with performance & spends monitoring and A/B testing
Comfortable with data and performance reporting
A collaborative mindset and interest in working closely with creatives and brand teams
Curious, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
Fluency in French and professional proficiency in English.
Nice-to-Haves
Exposure to Google Ads/Search, ASA/GUAC, Pinterest, Snapchat, Bing or Outbrain/Taboola.
Familiarity with GA4, Meta Pixel, or GTM
An eye for creative performance and messaging
Interest in A/B testing and structured experimentation
